Same here. I only really started getting them when I went on metformin. The next scan showed my PCOS cysts had all gone and my next period was a breeze. I realised that was what it was like to be normal and I must have ovulated! Xx

I've still got a load of cycts :( They were all very clear on my clomid scans. My periods are never bad though, isn't it weird how pco works in so many different ways.

Yeah, it's crazy. Apparently your period is either very heavy or very light with PCOS.

I wouldn't be surprised if the cysts were back again after the IVF as I had spotting, heavy AF and not much ov pain last cycle. I don't think I ovulated (apparently that's quite common after IVF). I'm hoping it settles down next month and the cysts go away again. Xx
