Well, it's been a bit of a bumpy ride

http://www.pregnancyforum.co.uk/pregnancy-journals/365447-life-little-roo.html

My journal above tells the story of how I fell pregnant unexpectedly
At first I was terrified but quickly grew excited and in love with what was growing inside me
Sadly I mc and now I'm in a bit of a limbo

The pregnancy hasn't fully passed
The sac etc is still in there
The hospital said I've to pass it naturally but I have no idea when that will be
All I know is I'm in a lot of pain. The bleeding is coming to a stop though.
What can I expect to happen next? When will it happen?

The thing is, even though we weren't planning on having children yet, I can't actually contemplate not being pregnant and expecting anymore
I feel like I want to be right back in the TTC category and be pregnant again as quickly as possible

How will that work? What's advisable?
The hospital have told me nothing. I'm totally clueless :(

How will I know when it's all over?
How will I know that I'm starting to ovulate again?
I really don't want to wait :(

When you've stopped bleeding, that should be it all over. Everyone is different when they will ovulate after a mc. The only way to know/get an idea is by monitoring your body's fertile signs (cervical mucus) and using ovulation tests.
When I mc at 5 weeks I ov'd a couple of days later than normal, but that mc was early and was just like a heavy period really. When I mc at 13 weeks, I ov'd 9 days after the bleeding stopped and I bled that time for about 2 weeks.
As I said, everybody's different x

It feels like the bleeding is stopping though
I gushed Sunday and Monday and passes loads of clots
But I haven't actually passed any tissue yet?
So... Should that come out soon?
On Monday the sac was collapsing but was still inside!?

You won't see tissue, it will have been in the clots x

No coz at the scan on Monday it was still fully intact
The gynae registrar scraped any remaining clots out and its just been period levels of red blood coming out
So... Its still in there?
Unless it absorbs itself into my body or something x

You should go back to the doctor for advice then x
