Overheating

Something has seriously ramped up my internal temperature tonight. I am absolutely boiling, windows are open and fan is on full blast tonight in the hope I eventually cool down!!!!

Have you tried a cool (not cold) shower and leaving your hair wet?

Is it actually hotter than normal at yours? It is much cooler here for us, so just be careful that it is not the start of a virus or something!

Bless you I go through silly hot flush phases they last hrs I put a cold flannel on my forhead and a cold damp teatowel accross my. Bump x

Hubby said he thinks I must have something wrong with me because he's quite comfortable... Yeah, I'm bloody pregnant!!! I think it is just a "hot flush" but ohhhh I'm so HOT!!!!
