happy birthday, hope you find something to ease the cramps xx

Happy birthday!
i recentley did a similar thread i'm i'm getting it really bad 2. i got it in both legs 1 nite but diff times in night. i could hardly walk 4 2 days it was as though i'd really pulled a muscle in my legs. people says its not enough salt in your diet but i dont believe that.
i think its what erin said not enough water. beacuse i always used to get leg cramps before i was pregnant when i'd been out drinking so i was dehydrated when in bed due to alcohol

Mel - I was the same. My leg was complete agony for a few days. I felt as though as I had been at the gym for hours!!! When mine happened I was at my mums for the weekend and had been drinking lemonade all the time and no water so i def think its that.

Get that water down you scared mum! Not the most exciting thing to be drinking on your 21st!! lol x

Happy birthday to you - love you comment about feeling old - its amazing how pregnancy can make you feel! Deffo increase water intake, that should ease or solve your problem. Did you have a nice day?

happy birthday. At least you'll spend your 21st sober, with no hangover tomoro x

Apperntly drinking milk eatign potatoes more of that sort is to get rid of cramp thats wat midwife recons so i will be testing hmm lolx

I didnt know that but I have no worries as I drink alot of milk and eat plenty of potatoes anyway (one of my cravings ;o) )

You know I already said happy birthday to you on the day of your actual birthday but I wanted to post on here :P
I hope you did have a great day&evening and that your cramps have gone now.
You are lucky you have quite a gap between you and expected birth date of your LO :)
I have about 13 days between mine, so I know I wont be having any birthdays for a while as all the presents and money will be for baby lol
But she is worth it

Hopefully speak to you later hun x

Hi hun, glad to hear you had a good bday!!! you can get muscle cramps if youre deficient in calcium, might make sense that midwife sugested more milk cos of that. I think baby takes calcuim from your supplies at this stage cos the bones are all growing so fast so that might make sense. Are you taking antenatal vitamins? I think they'd have calcium in...or lots of cheese milk and yoghurt. Hope it gets better soon hun xxx
