OPK when to start testing ?

Just ordered my first ever opk sticks so what CD do i start testing ? im on CD4 now
never used them b4 said i never would after working in fertility clcinic but i think i may for a couple of months just to see what my cycles are doing

I tend to start cd10 - as i ovulated cd23 first cycle and then cd14 last cycle. Mid afternoon urine is better.

I start from cd7/8 because I usually ov cd10-12 with a 24/25 day cycle.

I normally start CD10 as i ovulate all over the place! x

Hi I am an OPK newbie too! I started CD9 - also had to ask when on this forum. I'm now CD 12. I was against it too as I thought it was better to relax and see what happened but my cycle has gone from 30 to 40 days and the doc recommended I use them. Will be interested to see what happens! How come your job put you off them?
