opk positive then negative.. what dpo am I ?

I got a positive opk last night.. then it was like ALMOST ALMOST positive today as well, and now at 2pm it's negative .. so where do I count my dpo's from? am I 1 dpo tomorrow or would I count today as 1 dpo?

I would count tomorrow as 1dpo, especially as you got your positive Opk last night , you will ?? Ovulate today, have you had any Ovulation pains?

yeah I had them between noon and 3pm what I feel like are ovulation pains .. I think i'm pretty certain it was that, more on the right side but a bit on the left as well though at the end

if I have those pains, is that the egg releasing? so I would have ovulated now? cause the test went negative right after those pains were gone

is it to late to bd then tonight?
