For anyone due between now and next September, you can download the most up to date (Sept 2018-Sept 2019) Excel sheets with the name data for England and Wales 
Exciting stuff! There were 21 Gilbert's and 7 Gil's born in this time frame so... 28 in total. No better or worse than last year which is nice Hopefully there is no sudden interest in the name in the next few years and my Gilly will remain relatively rare throughout the country!
