One year MMR.... Son won't move

My son had his MMR yesterday, 2 needles in each leg. And this morning and all of today he hasn't really attempted to move or stand. He's been with child minder all day 8-5 and we've been home an hour, he's sat on sofa and hasn't moved.
I'm guessing it's just muscle ache from the needles, but it's still rather worrying. He's a very active 1 year old. Always on the go and never sits still.
Anyone experienced this?

Aorry my baby has not had hers yet but is one in 4 weeks. Il be keeping an eye on this as it will be interesting to see if others have experienced this. How is he now?
