OMG way too uncomfortable! How do you overdue girls cope

Am soooo uncomfortable, feel like baby is trying to scratch her way out. Her movements are hurting now - they never used to. I can barely walk, so so big and uncomfortable. Cant eat, cant sleep, cant sit, cant walk! Anyone else this uncomfortable? - and how are you coping!
