Ok, so the new house had oil fired central heating. We've been told it comes 'half full' and that's ho we'd have to leave it when/if we leave there.

So is oil any more expensive than any other way?
Where do you get it from?
What do I do?

With oil you can keep an eye on how much you have.

We paid around 250 6 weeks ago for 500ltrs. And it lasts about 2 months, depends on time of year.

You can set a account up with a company, first lot you order you have to pay in full - then you can just set up a debit and pay so much a month.

.

:o :o

We got a half fill of 600 litres a few weeks ago and was £250, and we never have more than 2 fills like this a year so we are paying a max of £500 ( depending on price at the time ) and not using more than 1 whole tank full a year ( we have a 1200 litre tank )

our tank was half full when we moved in in June and we havent filled it yet but will probs need to before xmas, we have just looked on yell.com and got all our local suppliers to give us quotes :D
