    Im gettin really paiful braxton hicks... one after the other, they are making me feel sick!!

    They really hurt :cry:

    I've been getting like this to,,they make my stomach go so tight n sometimes last up to an hour n i feel sick with it,i cant do anything to ease them at all except have a bath

    yeah i find the only thing that helps me is a nice relax in the bath :hug: :hug:

    The odd ones i have had lately have been really painful too but right at the bottom of my bump and in my back, i had to hold on to the door frame the other night through one as i was stood talking to hubby, he said are you sure it's not a proper one!
