OH has gone back to work today

I'm finding it so so hard I've been dreading this day, and I know he really didn't want to go back.

I just don't know what to do with myself. I've been looking through Ella's memory box and had a little talk to her.

I took Sarahs advice and went out for a walk with the dog, had a nice time but I ended up a blubbing wreck, but I kind of felt better after a good cry.
