Nursing bras

    Why are they all non wired?? Is this on purpose? I don't feel I get the right amount of support with non-wired!

    Yes, I think it's because having a wired bra slightly raises the risk of blocked ducts/mastitis? I've never used a nursing bra though, just pull my boob over the top of a normal bra!

    I worried I wouldn't get enough support from a maternity bra when I was pregnant with my first but actually haven't had any issues. So long as the bra fits you properly it should support you.
