Numbness

For the past few weeks my left thumb has been constantly numb and I was wondering if anyone else had this or knew what the cause might be?

Is it worse in the morning? I get numbness in the morning in my right thumb and first finger - I think it is due to swelling and maybe a touch of carpal tunnell - im sure it will go away once bubs arrives
