Numb hand at night

    If i sleep on my right side i wake up and my left hand is numb is this normal i also think baby is starting to engage more as im getting lots of pressure when walking and its painful to turn over in bed at night.

    I keep waking up with both of my hands really numb!! It's painful as well.. Not sure what is causing it because as soon as I wake up they are numb and it's not like I've been lay on them.. All my arms and shoulders ache because of it..x

    Sounds like carpal tunnel i wear wrist splints but it's still shocking :( x

    I get this too mostly in my left hand & its usually just my pinky that goes numb at times don't actually know what causes this? x

    yeah defo carpal tunnel, its no fun and im afraid not a lot you can do other than the wrist splints, i got mine from my maternity physio

    they dont realy work for me any more but they did help for a few weks, mine r so bad i cant use my hands at all untill 15 mins after gettin up,
