Nuchal Scan??

We have decided that we want to pay to have the Nuchal scan but dont know where to go and have it!!

I asked my midwife at my first appointment yesterday and she advised me of a place near where i live but when i phoned them, they said they didn't do it.

I've looked on the net but im always a bit sceptical about looking on there as i dont always trust the info.

Does anyone know of anywhere recommended in the West Yorkshire (bradford/Leeds) area??

The main reason i want the scan is because i had my dating scan at 7 weeks and want to see my baby again and reassure me!

If you have a Nuffield hospital in the area check and see if they do them. That's where I went for mine.

Actually I went and found the link myself for you. The Leeds one offers it. IIRC we paid £185 for NT scan and bloods (where they also cover other things also, not just the Nuchal results)

If you don't like that then private hospitals and clincs are where you need to look to.
