Not sure where to put this, any help would be great

So, I have a 1 year old and just turned 3 year old....everything is going great.

I'm on the pill and I take it faithfully as I'm lucky enough to be extremely fertile.

Anyways...I took my last pill on Sunday night for my week off and no period has come, I've had severe period cramp for 3 days and quite a bit of clear/creamy (TMI) discharge...but no sign of a period........

Why would that be? Its never happened before.

I'm terrified, absolutely bloody terrified. We want another baby, but not right now, 2 years would be ideal.

Has this happened to anyone?

I know I need to take a test and I will....im just venting lol.

It does seem like it would be a good idea to test. To put your mind at rest if nothing else. I dont have much experience with the pill but it could just be a hormonal thing too.

Have you been on antibiotics or been sick at all? The pill might well have failed if you have been poorly

Nope, wasn't well a few weeks back with a sore throat so was talking some pain killers but that's it.

Keep going to the toilet all day....still no sign at all but still cramping x

Could you have been stressed and thats what causing you to be late? Perhaps a FRER would be good to try when you can. I hope you get the outcome best for you x

Uch Im tired but not exhausted and probably no more stressed that the average person. Im going to test later this afternoon x

Period due last week, no show. Still BF 10m old though, so they're not exactly regular again yet.

I've had a couple days creamy white as well, and light cramping today.

I did a test yesterday, negative, but apparently could still take like, two weeks to show, so I dunno.

I'd definitely test, if I were you xx

Yeah I will need to I think, just to put my mind at rest.

I would say my cramp was so bad on Tuesday night I took painkillers and a hot water bottle and still was quite bad. Definite period type feeling cramp though.

Has been constant since Tuesday which just seems strange to me.

Mild period type cramps are a common pregnancy symptom. I had them but nothing I needed to take painkillers for.

The test was negative and I got my period last night. Thank god!! Now just isn't the right time for us but looking forward to bringing in a 3rd in the future x

The pill am back on I'm standard late about 3/4 days after stopping for a week and I only bleed 4 days of which 1-2 quite heavily. I used think this every month back when I was 17 now I now not to expect my period until days later. Freaked me out last cycle because I took two strips in a row which I do quite often and for the first time I had a break through bleed and then proper come on the next two days after taking last pill but still didn't bleed more than 5 days. Then the other day I had a phantom movement oh my god it freaked me out! It might be worth discussing with the nurse next time to see if they have summit a little bit stronger so you don't get a scare again x
