Not sure what to think

Morning ladies. I need some advice please. My doctor referred me for a pelvis scan yesterday. The scan lady gave me a over the stomach scan first asked when my last period was of which I said last week. Then she did a vaginal scan off when she put the probe in straight away asked me again when my last period was again of which I replied last week as I was on the pill. She replied but that’s not a actual period. So after she was done I asked if everything was ok and she just said I have to wait to hear from my doctor within 5 days. So I’m wondering cos she she’s me about my period if she saw a baby on the screen and why she couldn’t tell me how it went. I’m very confused now so any advice please I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I'm confused, are you pregnant and on the pill? Or do you suspect a pregnancy?
I don't think they can tell you anything to avoid lawsuits. If it was something to be happy about, like a pregnancy, I'm sure she would have reacted differently.x
