Not having sex but my period is light

Hi, i'm 22. My period came last week and it is very light, and only last for one day. I do not have any nausea and vomiting but I did feel that my breast is a bit sore. I read through some online articles and they showed me implantation bleeding, but I am still a virgin. I have a boyfriend and usually I will just help him to masturbate and he will cum near my stomach area. We do not carry out any sex intercourse. I didn't take any pregnancy test.Even so, is it possible that I am pregnant?

Besides, I usually sleep at around 12am. but I have extra work loads since one month ago, so I stay up till 3 or 4am to finish my work. and I also stress a lot. My meal time is also irregular. Will this be the reason why my period is light?
