Not feeling overly confident!

Yeah, this is our third, our eldest is 6 and our current youngest is 3! I'm absolutely exhausted and feel really dizzy and faint, I think because my blood pressure always takes a dive in pregnancy! But I don't remember being this tired before so I'm hoping that's because it doesn't last too long, not just because I'm older now!
And I really wish I was hungry, I feel really sick all the time and there's nothing that I can find that I feel I can eat xx
