Nose bleeds

I rarely get nose bleeds but within the past month I've had 2 that have just started up randomly! Exactly the same time too - just getting out of bed and waiting for the shower to run hot!
It's a very inconvenient time to get a nosebleed!!!

At least I'm not the only one. I very very rarely get nose bleeds but I had one the other night (only a small one) and found it very odd that it came out of nowhere.

For a few weeks now i have been having small nose bleeds in the morning. Twice this week i have had what i call a REAL nose bleed when it drips out

I presume it is just normal. I see the Midwife on Monday and will mention it to her and let you know the outcome.

I think it is a normal sign of pregnancy because of the extra pressure on our hearts / extra blood etc.

I wonder if its the shock of going from lying down to standing that causes it to happen at the same time. I've also had a cold so my poor nose has had a bit of a battering recently.
