Normal?

Is it normal to have period like pains? Are they growing pains? Xxx

I've started having period like pains, hadn't really had them before in the pregnancy. Pretty sure that they are just growing pains as everything is stretching and growing - nothing to worry about x

I've had them since week 5 on and off midwife said its stretching x

I've had this a lot too and have been told by a nurse and MW that as long as it's not accompanied with any bleeding or nasty discharge, then it's just a nice bit of stretching! Also it appears more as period-y like cramps when the baby is having a bit of a growth spurt apparently too.

So especially common around the 15-25 week mark I think! x

If I didn't know I was pregnant I would be sure my period is about to start. Feel so heavy at times!
