No usual nipple/breast soreness after ovulation

About 3-4 days after I get a positive opk I get nipple soreness and tender breasts, I have been trying properly for 5 months and its happened every time, this month it hasn't, is it a sign that I could be pregnant? Has anyone else had this? If so what was the outcome?

I used to get painful breasts every single month for as long as I can remember, then I took 2 evening primrose capsules up until ovulation a few cycles ago and have never had the sore boobs since. x
