no symptoms should I be worried??

I have been having a bit of nausea usually just before bed but other than that, hardly anything at all!!

It has made me panic a bit lately!! x

Thanks ladies I feel a little better today, i've booked an early scan for 25th July, i'll be nearly 9 wks so i'm hoping we will hear a nice strong hearbeat.
