I went to my yoga class tonight and that was my last. I just cant do a lot of the postures anymore and even the relaxation hurt because of my sciatica. :( Im well peeved because I love my yoga.
Baby was kicking a lot at the class though which was comforting.

Laura.

Hi Sarah b,
I have gpt a tape at home but the instructor at the class is so good and her voice is so relaxing. I want her to be my birth partner

sarah x,
Yoga is really good for keeping your joints limber and for helping lose weight, not that you feel it at the time because it is centred around stretching and breathing so you dont think you are working that hard.
Its also really relaxing.

Hi Laura.. just saw this post and wondered if you could recommend a good yoga dvd for beginners in pregnancy... I really want to start some to strengthen my back and help posture etc... you are obviously experienced at yoga.. any ideas?

Thanks x

Hiya,
Im afraid I dont know any ones specifically for pregnancy. I was just going to my class as ususal but the one video I did have wont prpbably be that great for during pregnancy. My MIL has it just now and I cant remember the name. It was that older woman, I just cant remember her name, sorry and good luck.
