No kicks today should I worry??

Hi all

I'm 24+4 and have been feeling movement for quite a few weeks now. It's not always often but usually have a little during the day with more movement at night
I had a midwife appt yesterday and she found the heartbeat really quickly and seemed pleased with every thing
And today I havent felt any movement.. Had a really teary day ( which I havent had many of) think the emotions just all got on top of me and not been sleeping well too which doesn't help!
Should I be worried about the lack of movement today? Or can it just come and go?

I know when i was 23 weeks little lady had a very quiet week which worried me but im also in the same boat as you with today, but i have been really busy but have been sat down for past hour and nothing. Im hoping shes just sleeping and chilling. Have u tried a cold drink? x
