Nipples after pregnancy?

Bit of an odd topic maybe but all of a sudden my nipples are over sensitive, like they were when i was pregnant.

It tickles when Tally feeds and sometimes my instinct is to push her off cos it tickles, i also cant walk around the house without a bra on cos they rub against my top and are too sensitive.

It seems really wierd that this has suddenly happened, they're move sensitive now then before i had her. I've asked a few people but they dont seem to know hwy it could be.

Also have you had you first af yet? it could be a sign that shes on her way
