Morning girls, hoping someone may have a suggestion for me

I've stopped breast feeding my 11 month old over the last week and haven't given her any breast milk for the last 2 days. I'd suspected my left breast wasn't producing and I think I was right as it hasn't reacted at all. My right boob isn't engorged or painful but my nipple has a sort of stabbing pain and is tender.

Anyone able to help?

I haven't any advice sorry but didn't want to read and run. When I stopped feeding my son I had no symptoms as such.

Thanks for replying. I just wanted to update this in case anyone experienced the same thing. Just to reiterate, after stopping bf my nipples had lots of little pea like lumps which were really sore. My boobs themselves were fine though. This lasted about 2 weeks and then went away and I'm completely fine now.
