Nightmares!!

My little man has started having nightmares!! Its absolutely awful to watch!!!

He wakes up really suddenly screaming and he won't open his eyes... I have to pick him up and cuddle him for ages to calm him down.

Is anyone elses LO having nightmares?

i think willow has starting to have nightmares as she wakes up screaming and she wont settle until i have cuddled her.

emmas had them for a while its really upsetting but i cant think of a way to stop them

aww that sounds awful! melissa sometimes whimpers in her sleep, or wakes up and cry gradually builds- but never suddenly wakes up screaming! that must be scarey, poor little thing! give him lotsa cuddles!
