i tried it recently and didnt get on with it at all it made me sick and gave me indegestion but apparently i wasnt using it right you have to chew it slowly till the taste gets strong and then rest it against your gum to absorb the nicotine if you keep chewing it releases too much nicotine in one go and can irritate your mouth and stomach and make you ill i found it very difficult to have gum in my mouth and not chew so am thinking maybe the lozengers would be better for me good luck hun xxx
