**** Nic 36 - Labour Watch **UPDATED** Emily Jennifer has arrived!

As most of you know, Nic36 was booked in for her induction this morning.

I have just received a text from her saying;

13.56 - "Just to let you know, was examined at 10.30 - not at all dilated. Pessary inserted at 10.45, now just have 2 wait! Been 4 a walk and will be monitored soon"

17.20 - "Starting 2 have very mild contractions now but progress is slow! Don't think baby will be arriving any time soon!"

Good Luck Nic, hopefully the pessary will kick in soon and you wont have to wait long to meet your lil girl xx

10.45 "Well pessary has been in 24 hrs, contractions are 5 in every 10 mins. Lost my plug - waiting 2 be examind 2 see whether they can break waters - hope so!"

Fingers crossed everything starts up for you now Nic! X

16.00 - "Sorry 4 lack of updates - have had quite a tough time but beautiful emily jennifer manchester born at 4.47am today 13 days late weighing 6lb 10 - we are both on antibiotics 4 infection and she is in scbu as is jaundiced. Will be in hosp 4 a few days at least."

Massive congratulations on your baby girl Nic! Lovely name choice. Welcome to the world Emily Jennifer. Hope you both get better soon. xx
