Newborn sleeping

So Tyler has been napping since 11am today. It'll be 3 hours at 2pm. Should I wake him? I know they say don't wake a sleeping baby but they also say don't let them go 3 hrs without feeding?
He also needs his nappy changing!

He's woken up a few times for a min then goes back to sleep lol.

I do feel guilty about the poo. But it won't hurt him lol.

Grace has always hated sitting in her poo lol she would wake me up at night if she poo'd just to be changed
