Newborn just spat up yellow sick

Hi all, not sure to worry or not I know yellow means tummy bile, on his last feed he spat up after feeding and it was a mixture of white and yellow, only happened once, should I be worried, he seems fine other wise, could it be cause I didn't burp him as long as I usually do? Xx

I agree give hv a call I'm not sure what that is.. Could be mucus from birth coming up.. Elie use to choke on her mucus up to 4 weeks old but I can't remember what colour it was..

B still gets a bit of mucus but it usually comes up with milk and is white (prob because of the milk though)

Id calll just to be sure . Sounds like Mucas though ? Lily was bringing up redish /brown mucas for the first week as she swallowed blood and she needed to have her tummy cleaned out xx

Hes had 2 feeds since and not spat anything up, and hes been awake and happy and alert, will ring if i see it again though x
