Hi everyone, thought I would introduce myself - I'm Jen aged 24. Hubby and I are ttc our first baby and very excited!
I came off the pill in December, had first af 6 weeks later middle of January and that was when we started ttc so only 1 month in so far.
Had been having many symptoms so I thought we had been really lucky and conceived first go but it wasn't to be - af arrived this monrning (just in time for Valentines lol!). That makes this cycle just been 23 days long, I've no idea what my usual length is!
So, I'm now back to CD1. I'm taking pronatal vitamins, not drinking alcohol, neither of us smoke, trying to eat healthily and do gentle exercise - anything else we should do to optimise our chances??
Looking forwadr to chatting to you all!
