I'm Emma and I'm 29 from the Manchester area.
I have diabetes and a few other health issues and after a few months of sorting out medications etc my partner and I have finally got the go ahead to start trying!
This will be our first child and first TTC, so any tips/advice, especially from anyone with diabetes etc would be very welcome. While excited, I'm feeling quite nervous about it all as it will be high risk pregnancy, so it would be nice to get to know others in the same position etc
