New to her, can someone explain the abbreviations?

I'm sorry if I sound numb but could someone Pleaseexplain the abbreviations to me.

I have been looking through (I am new here too) and from what I can tell some of them are:

WTT- waiting to try
TTC- trying to conceive
POAS- pee on a stick
CM- cervical mucus
BFP- big fat positive
BFN- big fat negative
CD- cycle day
DPO- days past ovulation
IC- internet cheapie (test)

That is what I have found so far anyway, hope this helps
