i no its some thing like up to about the age of 11 children have to use a booster seat.

but my brother is 5 he hes just a booster seat, or does he have to have a booster seat with a hight back too??

and also from what age can they use just a booster seat rather then a proper car seat? oviously Dior still has a 9months-4yrs maxi cosi car seat, but if i am using a friends car to get a lift can she be in a booster seat with a seat belt? i no its oviously not the safest option but is it breaking the law?

i thought u had to be a certain hight to come out of the high back booster and to go into just a booster

I thought i was over 3 years and they could go in just a booster seat. Not to sure now! Jess has been in just a booster seat for years now and she is only 6 but she is 4ft so quite tall for her age.
