Need your brians- Maternity pay query

As I have only just started my new job last month I would like to be able to get AML and OML from my employer. Now I need to get the dates rights and need help since I am new to all this TTC.

You are entitled to AML if your 1 year service is 15 weeks before the due date.

Ok my dumb question is what month should conceiveing take place?? been trying to work it out but I cant.
