got to think of keeping busy which i cant really,

i need to take my mind off for the whole 2 weeks because seen the midwife for all the crap to do and now got to wait 2 weeks for a letter and scan date,

in the mean time i'm worrying myself over everything as i got to 12weeks last time an miscarried so never even got a scan so any idea's until i get me new doppler?? :D

Thanks x

Erm how about giving yourself little treats every 2-3 days, like a new top or a takeaway. Thats 4 little things to look forward to before the scan xx

seems like all this pregnancy business is about is waiting. Waiting to test, waiting for AF, waiting to retest, waiting for GP appointment, waiting to hear from midwife.... it goes on forever! Its a long 9 months!

Its flying over for me if i'm honest, the only time it dragged was the 2-3 weeks leading up to my 20 week scan. I'm to busy to think about being pregnant :( I imagine it will drag again when i start mat leave xx

That's good, Im lucky that I had christmas but all that feels like ages ago now! I've got my new house that will keep me occupied once we're in end of feb/march. Its the waiting for that too, I really wanna go and see the progress but its ona hill and with all the ice its not worth it :(

:doh:ha! I just reread that!!! I know everyone had christmas! I meant Im lucky I was at that early stage of pregnancy through christmas to distract me!

How about making some cds up or getting your selection of cds and picking a time of day or night when you will have a relaxing bath, put some candles around the bath and telling people to not disturb you unless they are going to give you a massage or scrub your back:lol: (No I'm not a romantic and yes I keep mentioning a relaxing bath as I know you are/have been stressed hun and thats a good way to unwind for you and your baby.

Do you play games? If so go out and buyone/some that will keep you busy for hours and days on end. Or if you look in right places you can download them from their websites for things like card games, bejewled ect

Write a list of things you are and should be positive about and look at it everyday and add stuff to it :)

Do you and hubby ever have dvd nights? If not suggest to have one or decide what you both can watch whilst eating together. You both have to agree on what to watch though

I know I'm going on a bit much  I do that sometimes hehe, was just trying to think of things that could help, hopefully they do if you try them hun. x
