NEED HELP!!

Hey everyone!! I have a question that I need answered!! It is bigging me so bad!! I have heard that it is not good to watch SCARY movies while pregnant?? Is this true? If so can someone tell me why!! Or is this just another myth to add to the book?

i heard that towards your due date watch a scary movie to start labour!
but ild say that watching scary movies are fine i always watch them and scare my self senceless

Thanks alot.. I was just worried about it because this is my first child.. and I don't know anything about the myths and stuff like that!! But thank you for the help
