Need Advice about Online communication app

Hi, I'm asking this on behalf of my daughter. She just started working and her superior is asking her to look for an online app that is convenient and easy to use. But, I'm only familiar about Skype, that's what I use even for personal communication with my friends. Well, I want to ask you about it? Do you know any other secured online app that can be use in an online business meetings?

Ohh I read a lot about that company and its video conferencing hardware, they have high ratings on user reviews. I'll check their services and see if they'll work for my daughter.
