I had a moment this morning in the library where I felt like I could just throw up along with a moment of panic when I realised I didn't know where the toilets were lol!

I thought I was gonna barf in the car today outside Dunelm Mill. Pretty sure it was coz I got too hot though. Thank god for air con otherwise I would have had a horrible clean up job.

I have to do a leg ulcer clinic, and a colorectal clinic. Bums and infected legs wounds. Sometimes all in one day. Some days it's really hard to hide that I'm retching. That's devotion to a job I suppose lol.
