NCT classes

Has anyone any experience of these? I'm booked on a weekend course in a few weeks as opposed to NHS ante natal......just wondering what to expect? But nervous & dreading them a bit! X

We did them last time as there weren't any spaces left on the NHS ones. It can seem a but of a long day but we got so much out of it and made some great friends. We really liked the way the husbands/partners were really involved. The majority of our questions were answered by the sessions and anything else we just asked. We had some ladies come into the session who had had their babies and it helped hearing real life stories and being able to ask them questions too x
