I don't know but it does sound early, do they sleep through the night, and what time do they get up? Children need a certain amount of sleep, but there's always exceptions to the rule, are they happy and healthy? I would discuss it with your HV or GP, very best wishes
I'd say if there are sleeping through and getting up at a decent time in the morning that its ok. You know Jodies always been lazy Andrews still really young yet so I'd just enjoy your peace while it lasts.
Ryan goes to sleep between 530 and 7 dependant on if he's had an active day or not, and whether he's been able to get to sleep at nursery in the afternoon. He wakes up between 530 and 630 in the mornings.
Tia's a lot older but shes always in bed around 10ish and up EVERY morning, regardless of bed time at 7:30am... its really annoying
Lil miss is goes to bed between 7/8pm but has a few feeds at night... one at 12am, one at 4am one at 6am and then she has a feed at 8am which is her wakey wakey feed... after that shes up and raring to go... During the day she only has 3 naps of 20minutes... one at 11am, one at 2pm and one at 5pm... those are her energy boosters...
So basically she has about 13hours asleep...not the "recommended" 15... If your LO's are happy and sleep well then don't knock it...
christopher is 17months and goes to bed around 6 and sleeps till 7/8ish in the morning. he only has one nap a day for an hour around lunch time so i think he gets tired and preffers to sleep more at night...fine by me as we get a long evening together
i dont think any baby would sleep to long or have too much sleep only whats right for them. and everybaby is different remember.
i guess we are some of the lucky ones who have good long sleeping babies at night , christopher has slept in these routines 6pm-7/8ish am since he was 2 months and im not comlaining at all !!!!
i think im quiet lucky kyran needs his sleep. he can really only stay awake for 2 hours then he gets cranky if hes awake longer. 4 hours is the max wakey time or he turns into the devil!
Normally he goes to bed at half 7pm wakes up around 6am, has an hour nap between half 8 and 9. goes down for another at 12pm then i have to wake him up at 4! then bed again at half 7!
