Hi there, thought id give this diet a whirl, starting today, I got all my shopping in for meal plans for the week, I need to lose a stone! I've finished breastfeeding but still been eating like I am! So I weighed and measured myself this morning and I'm so determined this time!!!! Quick question, having a chicken dinner tonight (I will most prob just have meat and veg with a dribble of gravy, but I would like a roastie or two, still have all my syns left for the day, so how many syns in homemade roasties done in oil?!? EE day. Also, are you allowed to save up syns??? Sorry, I know the basics but refuse to pay for the privilege of standing on some scales ha!
