Hi, im 6wks post partum and time to get back on dieting xx

I lost 2 stone pre pregnancy and found SW very useful xx so going back on it xx

Weighed today and am 223.6lb which converts to 15stone 9! My scales do it in lbs so yhats why I use it like that xx
My first goal is 13 stone = 182lb but my overall goal is 11stone = 154lb xx

Good Luck.

It seems the SW diet is fantastic & each person I know have lost their weight on it.

I'm starting it soon whilst i'm pregnant to take off the not needed lbs, But it also helps me to eat properly whilst carrying. I've had many start dates but then end up filling the trolley with the wrong items :/

I'm about 160lb now & would like to get back to 140 - 145

Had to use stuff in freezer so had the synd fish once I used stuff in there well be totally syn free for majority of meals xx
Got to have 2 healthy "a" options due to breastfeeding so gona have glass milk later and then done xx

I weighed today my first weigh in
Drum roll ****** loss of 4.4lb xx :yay:

That gammon was amazing fair play xx my sister did it last week sent me a pic and I was like OMG I gotta try that xx

I'm attempting to do success express plan for few days as had a day off plan yesterday ( afternoon tea so lots of cake and scones) it means having 2/3 super free and only 1/3 free food at meals so feeling a bit peckish today but want to minimise the damage. Do you go to a group or weigh at home?? Xx
 
Hi I am on slimming world I've lost 15lbs so far, ten doing it just over a month, would be nice to see what you eat as I jut tend to et the same things!

I had a bad week while Quinn was in hospital :( but thankfully only put 1lb back on xx
Been good this week and my weigh day is a Monday but weighed today and ive lost 3lbs x :) fx can keep that off and another lb if can try hard xx

Pizza topped gammon, sweet potato chips and fried egg x

your doing really well, iv just started slimming world and go to a meeting every tuesday, if you dont mind me asking how do you make your pizza topped gammon and is it syn free and also your curry, im sick of te same foods :):) well done on such a great loss!!

Gammon grilled partially on 1 side
Turn over
Tomato puree
Your choice of veg - I go for onion, aubergine, courgette, sweetcorn, peppers
Very small sprinkling of half fat cheese using ur healthy a
Grill until melted cheese and crispy x

Syn free curry

not sure of the amounts but I use
cumin,paprika,chilli powder,turmeric,garlic powder,ginger powder,coriander powder,mixed herbs,mustard seeds,pepper and bit of salt. Mix all together in a lil bowl first
Peppers
Spinach
Chicken
Tomatoe puree
Garlic puree
Sweetner to taste (if you like sweet currys I usually use honey but substitute d sweetner and works jus as good)

Fry off onion and garlic, add peppers,
stir in bit of chicken stock and add all the spices,
stir for 5 mins then add chicken,
Add tin of chopped tomatoes,
Add Tomato puree and garlic puree
season with salt and pepper and add sweetner to taste
5mins before end add spinach xx

Yoghurt mint sauce

Natural yoghurt,
Ready made mint sauce
Sweetner
Turmeric
Garlic

Place in blender x

Box of ready made popadoms -

Spray with fry light and place in microwave 30 seconds xx 2 syns each xx
