Woo another fitness diary, love it!
Sounds like you're doing fab! And you can definitely see a difference! Do you go to the slimming world meetings? X

Nope I'm just doing it on my own, but with a lot of support and motivation from a group on Facebook!

Yeah I'm slowly shrinking, it's just nice knowing that it stays off rather than yo-yo'ing up and down like i did before.

It's all about the small changes that create big changes in the long run!

Alright so where do you get all the info from? I wouldn't mind looking into it myself.

Definitely, I think when people lose loads all at once they often put Ali of it back on, as its not become habit to stick to a certain diet or exercise plan.

I did slimming world and lost over two stone in under two months. I did go to the meetings as it gave me extra strength as did not want to fail infront of them. Plus they are really fun and have parties!

I've borrowed the books from a friend, so I can always keep checking what's ok and what's not!

If you went onto your local selling site on facebook and ask if anyone has the books I'm sure someone will have some to sell!

If I could go to meetings then I so would, they do sound like fun!

Ooh will have a look! X

Omg Kelly aren't you doing amazing! I loved SW wgen I did it! Well done for doing it "properly" too, I think once you adapt to the healthy lifestyle it's so much easier to keep going and keep it off!

Alice - it's great once you get the hang of things, just comes natural now! That's what i wanted, something that I could just carry on with and know that I can keep it off!

Just went to boots to weigh myself, my bmi was at 27.4 when i started and it's now 25.4 only 0.4 (roughly 1-2lb) away from a 'healthy' bmi :) and my body fat has reduced from 31.9 to 29.3. As long as everything keeps reducing ill be happy!

:yay: that's fab hun! I loved how easy it was to get into and then adapt normal meals!
