my poor baby boy has croup :(

oh my poor lil boy taylor he really is nt well. we took him to the doctors yesterday and she said it was croup she has given him some antibiotics and an inhaler for his chest. bless him he screams so much when we have to put the mask on his face i feel so wicked.

and now my eldest elliott is off school as he woke up at 11pm last night covered in sick. so he now has a sickness bug.......my poor boys

awww hun hope they get better soon

Braydon is asthmatic so has the spacer and he was terrible would not go near it
after playing with it and letting him give me the inhaler my mum etc and making it really fun, he is so much better with having it

thanks sarah thats a good idea. as soon as i get it out he runs off bless him. and having to hold him down to make sure he breathes it all in is so heart breaking. he just screams and wont come near me or the oh for a while after

yer tried that but he wont take the teat after either. the docter told me to squirt his inhaler into one of his empty juice beakers and hold it under his nose but he wont even do that. i guess we are just gonna have to bad mummy and daddy till the weekend

trying getting him to give it to u and daddy may work then giggle etc like ur enjoying it worked great with B now he even asks to have it and gives it to me

Oh no, both at once Hope they're both feeling a bit better now. At least it sounds like you caught the croop nice and early, my mum had a real emergency with my little brother having an attack in the middle of the night and they had to hold him next to a steamy bath until the Dr could come and help.

awww thanks for all your well wishes.

taylor is a little better although he still is off his food and still a little chesty. but he is taking his inhaler much better now, i no longer feel guilty for pining him down for him to take it in.

elliott is still really sick, just as i thought he was getting better he was sick before bed last night...bless him he was crying and all bunged up with cold. gonna keep him off school tomorrow and try and get him in the doctors.

Olivia and Brooke have also been full of it!

Olivia had another chest infection and full of cold she has just finished her antibiotics and Brooke has been coughing for about 2 weeks now but doc wont give her anything as it isnt on her chest he just says keep givin her, her inhaler!

It's a horrible time of the year one minutes its cold the next it warm no wonder our little ones are suffering so much!
