Hi ladies, been to a specialist physio about my hip this morning. She said that it's inflamed due to the hormone relaxin stretching my ligaments - which I knew. But also she said it was worse because my right hip was out of line and has popped out and upwards. She did some technique to realign it which was agony, I am not allowed to do anything for the next 2 or 3 days, she couldn't get it all realigned so I have to go back next week and have it done again.

This won't cure it but might make or less painful and enable me to go back to work in the next few weeks if they can make some reasonable adjustments for me like moving my desk downstairs, less driving and a couple days working at home.

Not going to be pain free but this has really cheered me up today! Xx

Glad this is starting to get sorted for you. xxxxxx

Good luck hun, hope it makes a big difference. When you get signed back to work your gp will make recommendations to your work to what they have to do to enable you to return. It all sounds reasonable and they have to do it, they cannot by law make it impossible for you to go back xxxxxxxx
