Things seem to be getting ready for the next few weeks :D

I didnt realise, but Ive been getting BH lately (only know because the midwife went to feel where the baby was and my stomach was rock hard lol), and apparently baby is now 4/5ths engaged. Last time baby was only 'on the brim' so things are moving along at a nice pace I reckon. Also had a blood pressure of 105/65 today :) so Im keeping below my aim of 120/70 (a sad little competition Im having with myself lol).

Ive had a bit of back ache and few cramps here and there, which midwife said was all good and normal. I really want my little girly to come on time, but Im not going to get my hopes up. I know that all these little signs can just mean things are right....not necessarily mean things are going to be on time lol.

Everyone elses midwife appointments going well??

sounds like good news hun. How do they check how engaged the baby is, can they just feel it in your bump? MW said mine wasnt engaged last time, I was 32+6, then so not a prob. Seeing her m-on monday next week when Ill be 34+6 (I basicaly tell her Im 35 weeks lol) Hope my appointment will be as good as yours then! Well done on the BP :)

They just feel around the top of your pubic bone to see how far the head is down. It was only at my 34 week appointment that she said the head was 'on the brim' as they put in my notes. So only started to engage at this appoinment really. Ive been bouncing a fair amount on my ball so I think its helping things along lol.

Lets hope your LO is behaving themself on monday :D x

bounce bounce bounce! Ive set up a kitchen chair in front of my bouncy ball so I dont have to sit on the sofa while on PF!! :) Hope it works for me too!!
